To support children in-line with COVID-19 guiding note issued by the ACERRWC to Member States of the African Union we expect to see:
Children connected to resources for learning, socialization and play. Government should setup educational initiatives on Child Online Safety. These should include raising awareness about risks and resources including national CERT, using media and other communications channel to spread key messages.
